HMT’s 5 Deals of Christmas – a hotel and golf resort

whittlebury-hotel-spaHMT LLP advised family-owned golf resort operator Whittlebury Park on its acquisition of Whittlebury Hall & Spa for an undisclosed sum.

Located in the countryside of South Northamptonshire adjacent to Silverstone racing circuit, Whittlebury Park is a prestigious resort comprising two 18-hole golf courses, venues for weddings and corporate events, outdoor and indoor activities, campsite and accommodation.

Whittlebury Hall & Spa is a 254 room, 4* hotel with three restaurants, extensive conference facilities and 23 treatment room spa located next to Whittlebury Park.

HMT arranged a bespoke debt package to support the acquisition with new funding provided by OakNorth Bank.
