Shareholder restructuring of Orion Electrotech
HMT LLP advised Sterling Recruitment Limited on its shareholder restructuring. As part of the transaction, shareholder Keith Taylor exits the business which will continue to be led by existing shareholders Chris Benham and John Waters.
Orion is a highly successful provider of contract and permanent recruitment services to customers across a range of sectors including Gas, Engineering, Aerospace and Construction. The business operates from offices in Reading and Aylesbury.
